  I have been with my girlfriend for 2 years. Although I've never physically cheated on her, I have messaged lots of other girls online in am intimate manner. I love my girlfriend so so much and I never wanted to cheat and never really gained anything from it but I seem to not he able to stop. Any advice as to ways to help me stop? Thanks

  Ever since I can remember I have always lied about pretty much everything. From small things as a kid to now lying to my partner on a daily basis. I've now decided I've got to do something about this before it ruins too much of my life. I want to settle down with her and have kids together but we can't whilst I'm constantly lying.
