Of course you can stop this behaviour, you just don't want to, just be honest to urself. Its pretty simple, don't go on the computer, don't message anyone and don't post adds. Its not like an alcohol or drug addiction, this is pure just a matter of self control.
Do you that you are on an extremely slipperly slope, its just a matter of time until you will cheat with your current behaviour.
Don't do this to your girlfriend. Come clean be honest to her about what you did. If ur truly remosefull and committed she may appreciate ur honesty and give you another chance. but be 100% honest not just what you want to tell her to safe ur ass.
Get therapy, cause this kind of behaviour stems from unsolved past issues, selfishness, entitlement and lack of empathy, very poor traits for a partner. Change yourself for your own sake, cause if this relationship ends, at least a future girlfriend will not be betrayed.
And please google what infidelity does to a person. Online cheating is also cheating. Cheating is the worst kind of trauma someone can experience. its crushes your partners self esteem and trust in men. don't do it, man up kick ur ass and get therapy. be honest with urself and with her. If you cant than set her free, she deserves an honest man she can trust.
