  Hi Everyone! I to have anxiety bad. I have been on Paxil 20mg and Xanax .25mg and those do help. I have been on these for over 17 years and I'm thinking I need to up my dose on the Paxil as my anxiety has been bad lately. It started when I went to Mexico, the plane ride was crazy and then I got a virus from Mexico and then it all started. I had the virus and the anxiety for the whole trip of 8 days and then it got worse from the plan ride back. Well the virus is gone after a month 1/2 and now I...
