  I've been clean for a week after my slip up. I have no desire of harming myself right now. But my school homecoming is around the corner and I'm scared. All the girls dresses are sleeveless. Long sleeves have been my savior for the few past months. My mom won't let me wear a cardigan or light sweater over a dress.Luckily, I did find some makeup to cover my scars up. But I'm still uncomfortable without having that extra layer of fabric over my arms. Fear wells up inside me, I'm always afraid...

  I was eleven days clean. But I had the strong urge to cut in the last twenty four hours, I've been telling myself 'no' and have been so close at times I held the blade over my skin and didn't do anything. But this morning I couldn't, I'm sorry, I had to take part in the urge. I got very frustrated with myself, causing me to cut more. I lost to myself :(((

  So, I have a few cuts on my upper forearm near the inside of my elbow and they are not fully healed yet. I have a terrible fear of wearing short sleeves because I'm afraid someone will see. Yesterday, I went to a water event and I looked very awkward wearing a thin hoodie while still getting soaked in water. I wear long sleeves 24/7. Luckily, the weather is getting a little cooler/chilly, so it won't be suspicious if I'm wearing long sleeves of some sort.
