  I get bad deppresion too.  Comes in waves.  Don't want to talk to anyone,  can't leave the apt.  Just lay here.  Panic attacks too.  Lip go numb,  fingers go all tingly.  Feels like I'm gonna have a heart attack.  Fuck if I know.  I'm 50 and its been going on since I was a kid.  I would a checked out a long time ago but I got two daughters.  Guess I'm stuck here.  It is what it is.  Drinking helps me forget.  Fuck pills
