  My partner ended our 6 month relationship two days ago. I am not handling this. Having outbursts of crying in public, severe depression and suicidal feelings, although I have no intention of harming myself. Simply I am devastated and am not coping with this. I have Bipolar Disorder, OCD, anxiety and depression. My partner and I, are 'friends' and we saw each other this afternoon for a walk and coffee. I cannot stand this. Help me please.

  My partner who I love ended our 6 month relationship two days ago. We are 'friends' still...I am not handling this. Am very depressed, having outbursts of crying in public, have suicidal thoughts but no plans, and am simply devastated.
