About Me
Hi all! Nice to meet you..anyone who wants a chat, don't hesitate to message me Okay so just some info about me..I've been moving around most of my life (I've lived in Wales, India, Hungary and Australia). I see my psych 2-4 times a week (we've tried mainly CBT but other types of therapy as well) and I've been on different medications, currently I'm on lexapro but most recently I was on Prozac. I was diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety as well as OCD..I've tried many, many things to change how I'm feeling but nothing has helped, and every day it gets worse. So, yeah, this is the hell that I call my life. Ella
