  The last time I posted was in April of 2017, at that time was still trying to get my INR levels right. I ended up taking 30 mg every 4 days and 40 mg every 3 days of Warfarin, and I was told that I take the highest dosage of any patient they have at the clinic. Believe me I am not bragging about that; it's just another example of the weirdness that is my life with PEs. And now just two weeks ago after being of the Warfarin for about two months or so. I have a new slew of them and must stay on...

  Hello, my name is Shannon.  I am 48 years old and just a little over three weeks ago I was diagnosed with PE in both lungs.  I had an overnight stay in the hospital with a heparin drip, and then sent home instructed to take Lovenox injections and Warfarin.  I have been going to doctor's visits ever since in the hope of starting the therapeutic dosage of Warfarin, but so far every time I go my blood levels range between 1.00 to 1.2.  I avoid foods with Vitamin K.  I take the medication as...
