  So last week, I though it necessary to go back to more intensive treatment than just seeing my psychiatrist every couple weeks, because things are just so hectic in my life (school, exams, failed friendships, family arguments). I was fine with it for about three days and then I just got smacked with this thought of "what the fuck are you doing?! You're too fat to even be in recovery still, you don't have a problem!" and I've just been trying to deal with similar thoughts for the past couple...
