I'm not sureI understand this .... I take Metformin XR and I watch my glucose levels sorta go up and down with that. But it is controlled release ... so ... wtf? Anyway -- test more, eat more...

Lost 10 pounds since last visit. Glucose levels are good, blood pressure is good. Pain in feet continues, numbness in hands. Alpha lipoic acid is supposed to help. We'll see.

Weighed in at 259 this morning. It was an easy 11 pounds to lose ... quick. Now the difficult task -- keep that weight off and keep losing at a slower rate. Walks, healthy eating, aerobics ... one...

Sick in bed for a few days ... barely did anything but sleep. Seem to have plateaued at 270. Ok -- 70 pounds to go!
