I took my first step to managing my diabetes. I am learning portion control I've basically cut my intake in half but I noticed when I check my self after lunch I'm low my lowest so far is 76. I don't know highs and lows sure this is a smack in my face but I'm doing it.

Day 3 of picking myself and I still feel angry and like a failure why did this happen to me my life has been hard im only 24 and almost died one time and now this is making my life a roller coaster my tummy has been a mess since the medicine and I don't even know of I wanna accept I have diabetes. I just need to find people who understand

Just found out I'm diabetic type 2 yesterday its a lot to handle it stresses me out meds r making me sick
