  Hi I always had anxiety but I use to smoke so I had it like put a way if u get me. So recently I got a respiratory infection and stop smoking just like that. I feel like I got better from the infection but my anxiety got so bad were I'm scared of getting sick of anything and that I'm going to die or something so I shut my self in my room a lot and be crying and just thinking all horrible things...
