About Me
I lost my son, David, 23, to leukemia Nov. 2007. He was kind, decent, ready to marry the girl he dated for five years and I loved him so much. I always thought he would make it - I\'m good at denial I guess. Can\'t make sense of any of it and will never get over it....but know I have to live with it. I try to be grateful for what I do have in my life and that\'s my focus every day. My elder daughter, who has been very problematic, finally moved out with our nine year old grand-daughter and seems to be doing okay. I have a younger son, 24, and daughter, 26. Have been married for 36 years - we have had our moments but we\'re all still breathing and standing. Can\'t argue with that........
