  so I'm 16 and I have hs. At the b ginning of the year I was getting sores really badly and we didn't know why so I went online and i did a bit of researching myself and I've seen that a lot of it is actually caused by eating apparently. So I thought wow i guess it's worth a try so I started eating healthy , less bread, less dairy, and no sugar at all and same for junk food.   Hi, I'm 15 and I'm from nz, I have had hs for about 2 years now, it's started to get worse and I've tried antibiotics but none of that works, I'm to scared to get surgery because I've read online and a lot of people have had it and it hasn't worked for them.
