    I'm so addicted to coffee...I need about 3 or 4 cups a day. It's horrible for my anxiety! I need to quit but I'm petrified to lose my energy that I need as a nursing student...any suggestions?

    My doctor said I should avoid it due to the fibro. Have any of you cut it out of your diet and noticed any improvement in fibro symptoms?
