but to answer your question...yes cafiene seems to help alot of people with migraines.. alot of pain medication contain caffeine as well.
Note: instant decaf has less then drip decaf
Also, most decaf teas have more caffeine then decaf coffee. I drink caffeine free teas (herbal)
