Ud-date on Denise's status
Hello Dear Friends:
Have been out of touch. Care-giving Maris had consumed much of my energy and then we had to put her to sleep about 10 days ago. I was managing on adrenalin for a good 2 weeks until, as they say in the Gupta program, I fell into a profound "DIP" when the adrenalin fizzled out. Along with losing Maris and a few other very stressful and demanding things coming up, I'm bed bound again and now have got a cold/sore throat blah, blah on top of all else.
I am glad I started the Gupta program before Maris passed so that I was familiar with it and it is now giving me something to focus on. Due to all that was happening with Maris, I got a bit de-railed from it, but am now back to working it as best I can, considering the not very good shape I am in. So far, the program is good, loving, supportive and I intend for it to be helpful for me. Just have to work it. Lots of repetition throughout the day and listening to audio and dvd's while being aware of ones thought patterns in order to interrupt them. It isn't easy, but it is definitely do-able. We all go about these things the best we can. There are individual 'coaches' (I've been in touch with one) who help answer questions and clarify any questions about the program. That has been really useful.
I am sorry I have not responded to individual HUGS and notes. Your reaching out to me has been so appreciated. I simply have not had the physical or mental energy to even be on line or even read most of your journals and notes. I've seen them on the screen, and know they are there, but that's as far as I've gotten.
This will pass, I know, but am in the dark place right now. I've been here before, so I know it will shift. The only way through it is through it.
With gratitude, blessings and love to you all,
Denise

No need to apologize my friend! We certainly understand. I\'m so sorry for your loss. Our fur babies are family. We form bonds with them unlike any other relationship. And those bonds run deep. I wish there was something I could say that would make you feel better but that\'s the thing about grief...as you said...the only way through it is through it. I\'m so glad you and Maris got to love each other for so many years. And I know she feels so much gratitude for caring for her. Keep your eyes open for messages. I believe with all my heart our loved ones send them to us. My lil Arty still does.
Sending you tons of light, love and healing hugs...
Amanda
Hi, Denise, I can completely understand the dip that you\'re in considering what you\'ve had to deal with lately. Being in bed will help you relax and reconnect so that you\'ll feel whole again.
Glad you\'ve got the Gupta Program to give you a focal point, too. Sounds very life affirming. Just know that I\'m with you in spirit and am sending prayers and love, Sanni
Denise,
I\'m so sorry for your loss. Maris was a sweet, dear friend to you. Even from her picture I can feel what a good energy she had. I\'m glad you are finding something else to focus on that is helping you. Renee
Thank you for all your kind words and thoughts.
Much love to you all
Denise
Oh, Denise. I am so sorry to hear about Maris. I believe our pets go to Heaven. So, I think she is running and playing freely, but the pain left behind is what you have to face. I\'m glad you have the Gupta program to keep you occupied. It sounds like it is helping you. Much love. Heather
Denise, I am so sorry to hear about Maris. Losing a pet is like losing a family member. I am glad you have the Gupta program to help you in during the hard times. I\'m sending you hugs and love from Chicago. Take care and get a lot of rest!

Blessed Be you, Denise... May peace and consolation find you... Much Love
