Today I hit rock bottom again. Lied to myself that I could gamble again socially. Took 6 months to be in full blown gambling addiction. This disease is life long. Today is Day 1 of being GF.

The most important day in all your recovery. Day 1 is the day you decide to do something different. The harder the rock bottom the less likely you will return.

I’ve been back to day one more times than I count. I have stayed GF for 2 months now - the most Ive ever been! Don’t give up! You’ll do it! We all understand where you are coming from!
