my thoughts...
There is something so self satisfying about taking care of you moving forward going on the right path eating healthy quitting a lifestyle that wasn't so healthy surrounding yourself with positivity and not blaming yourself for leaning on friends when you're feeling not so high in life. They lift you up, hold your hand, hug you when needed and support you in any direction you go in life that's the meaning of a true friendship. The journey is that we only really belong to us, ourselves as a person as an individual as a human being. I learn every day more and more about myself and I really am very strong. My kindness just as everyone else's at times can come across as a weakness but truth be known I am the strongest person that I know and I am extremely proud of myself and I am keeping true to myself and I have no regrets and I will never apologize for that passion I have inside of my soul. At some point in your life while you go through this journey doesn't necessarily give others the power or the decision to stand by you, or even support you, that power in that decision lies with in yourself. Just food for thought as I continue to learn even today I'm learning and good for me because with lessons comes growth! I'm extremely lucky to be surrounded by the friends that I have in my life and guess what ?? they're lucky to have me to!! So for anyone that needs to hear that it's going to be ok, here you go, "it's going to be OK!" Trust in that and trust in yourself and let god guide you on your journey. Thank you for loving me when I'm not so lovable and thank you for lessons that are being thrown my way! Thank you for letting me be vulnerable and not throwing it back in my face, it's because of you that allowed me to trust in that comfort enough to be able to be so vulnerable in the first place. God is good. Love yourself and the rest falls into place. This rant is a thank you, it's a huge thank you to you! You, the one reading this right now! Whether it be your acceptance or rejection it has allowed me to stand tall within my self even though I'm only 5'2. ❤️ (Slight giggle because I'm a goofy girl :-)

See in yourself what you wish to see in others and it will be so. BTW 5'2" isn't a handicap and I don't see you as needing one but I'll keep this reply "short" anyway. Love the ending on your thank you rant, it's like one of those tests that start with "read everything and then begin." I'll just bet everyone of your friends including me have a good bit of goofy laugh at ourselves because it beats crying in themselves too. I sincerely hope the punctuation gods rain holy fire on me for my sentence structure. My sentence is for life which I assume mates with Social Security idea on how long my benefits last.
good to know you're feeling better!

So true...you truly have to love yourself. You are thinking smart. Just be prepared for some set backs because there will be. When this happens it is normal, nothing to do with you, just part of the healing process.
There are all kinds of triggers you will start to notice. You will become aware of these triggers and in time, slowly you will be triggered less and less.
I was flying high for a bit, thought things were going well then it hit me hard again. It's a constant struggle but we will make it in the end.
Stay strong and keep working on yourself. An important time in our lives right now to be working on mind, body and soul.

Thank you.
