I can't do it
Why do other people get to heal and I don't? It's not fair. I'm trying. I'm trying so hard and it's just getting harder. Harder to fight the thoughts. I just don't have the energy to fight anymore...I don't think I can do it. I'm so close to giving up...

Fight to come back and commiserate with me. Both of us are gonna spend the rest of our lives getting progressively worse but we can be miserable together with a disturbingly morbid sense of humor about our own excess mortality
Please dont give up. I am here for you if you want to talk. I know how you feel. Do you have any friends or family you can reach out to? Or a crisis center?
