Don't know what's going on now

For the last 3 weeks people in my family that I live with have been feeling sick.  Me for a little over 2.  We've all texted negative so that doesn't seem to be it.  I went to see a Dr. last tuesday and he said that he thinks it's just another sinus infection.  The thing is, sinus infections generally aren't that contagious.  Mostly the only symptom I have left is a super annoying cough.  Don't know if it has anything to do with what ever the hell we have, but last night I got under 3 hours of sleep. That's unheard with me on Abilify.  I'm usually asleep within 15 or so minutes on average.  I have to listen to some kind of music going to sleep (usually native american flute or some kind of other meditation music) because I can't deal with complete silence due to my tinnitus.  So I set a sleep timer to turn it off in 35 minutes.  I rarely have to turn the music back on.  Maybe we have the flu, they did say it's coming early this year.  Or my family maybe invited something new, lol. Hopefully I'll get my usual sleep tonight and my family and I will be better soon.
