Bipolar Depression
Haven't been on that much of late. Lots going on with the house, house sale, and construction (remediation of mold). But I am in the middle of bipolar depression. The stress of everything was the trigger and I am struggling right now with severe depression. Trying to talk with my psychiatrist sometime today. Taking the drugs and trying to stay on a routine but the blackness all around me is daunting and frightening.

Moving is huge.... One of the biggies in life.... It's right up there with struggling with a death or getting married.... A big deal.... Talk with your doc about this Thor

I agree with Sun, talk to your doctor. Moving is one of the most stressful events and you're handling it, even with depression.

I am glad you will be talking to your doctor. Just from my perspective it's really a wonderful thing that you can be aware
enough to know what is causing the depression (triggering it.) That is a hard one for me at times.
Glad you are sticking to a routine, taking meds and going to talk to your Doc. Way to go Thor!
Sorry you're so depressed, Thor, I've been there so depressed I could only sit on my floor in my bathrobe with an ash tray next to me and chain smoke. It was years ago and it's still a scary memory. Really glad to hear from you though, to send you support. Hope you did get through to your doc today.
