a nice day

today I spent time with a friend going out and about on a very nice fall day. We even spent time just talking and watching funny movies.

I havent felt this at ease in a long time, which pains me to say a little but that will pass. My pain is easing back, though im sure its gonna hit me again full force soon. But for now, today was lovely, there was no rush for anything and the pain I still feel was nothing more than a scraped knee that would occassionally sting a little.

I'm finally healing at my own pace. :)
