I made it
I made it through another day, another horrible anniversary of the worst day of my life. Right or wrong, I went with my instinct and spent most of the day in bed. I did not visit the gravesite. I don't thinkshe is there but I still feel guilty for it. There is nothing easy about this journey I am on that I did not choose to be on...but I can't understand how I have survived 2 years when I did not want to survive 2 minutes and I have even had some happy moments...God help us all.

It is only a day, really no different for any other on our path. We miss our children no matter what. Be good to yourself as she would like for you to do. Peace, Kathy
Cassi is with you. We may not feel our children 100% of the time but they are keeping tabs on us. They hang out, so don\'t worry about not going to a grave site. My son\'s ashes are on top of the TV unit. He loved to play games, he would be a serious gamer if still on this earth. So I thought the TV was a good place for him. Time will be the test, to see us get through another day. We will make it together.
Tight hugs
Penny
Cassi is not at the gravesite - she is with you always, and you with her where-ever you are. Glad you took care of you and stayed in bed - I bet Cassi would have approved! Love to you ~ Joanna x

Since being in Florida for the last almost 4 years, I have not stood by his place...At first, it seemed so wrong--I felt displaced. I come to realize that he is with me...in my thoughts, in my heart and occupies a part of my soul. When I visit Washington, I spend time there, but I do not feel his spirit there...I feel him most when I walk and when I write...
Love you, dear, Gina. I know your Cassie is so proud of you.
Love,
