Had some random stuff that I dumped together last night so I could bring a dessert for my coworkers birthday today. She loved it! So relived it turned out good.
1 fat can pumpkin pie filling
1 pkg melted white chocolate chips
2 pkg inst vanilla pudding
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
Beat all these ingredients together, add a little milk if necessary.
Caramel sauce, pecans, 1 tub coolwhip.
This will make enough for 2 smallish pies. Can make your own graham cracker crust or buy 2 premade graham cracker pie crusts.
First drizzle caramel over pie crust and add pecans. Spoon mixture over that and then top with coolwhip and more caramel and nuts. Refrigerate overnight.

I finally tried my pie. It's so sweet omg. Maybe use just pumpkin with spices instead of pie filling. Could prob omit the white choco chips too. Everyone liked it but man is it rich. I could have used sugar free pudding too.

The bottom line for me was to appreciate that even our fat cells play a...

She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
