Lately there has been alot of mention of sex in conversations. while the idea of sex without emotions is attractive, let me ask you this. when you imagine or see yourself with someone, what do you see? (not literally)
its never just sex. its starts as just sex, then falling in love with them, then what will i make them for breakfast in the morning to show what a good woman i can be so maybe they would want to stay. or come back. or call.
if you actually let yourself just think it all out, does this happen to you?

Have a problem with vows.. never want to break them and since I'm still married. My ethics just wouldn't allow me. I know.. so, that's the way love goes.....tired.. going to bed~ night all

Since my xN, I have no desire at all...For awhile I felt like I was worth only one night stands and thats it. I wasn't emotionally attached before my xN and I only slept with 2 men in my whole life...but after my xN, i was spiritual, emotionally, and mentally attached to him, even thought I loved him so when we slit, I realize that I cannot handle it, unless I am in a committmen but even than it would probably take me awhile. I have learned from this experience with my xN that there is more than just sex in a relationship and I feel like sex should be that last important thing in the relationship.

Darcona, I understand about being that person who wants "Please Everyone"mode, I am just getting out of that and every so often it tries to comes up, also. I hate it too, you want everyone to be happy, my xn, always want sex and because that pleasing mode. I would give it to him even when I didn't want to him, because if it was to make him happy and I want him to be happy. He got it. Its crazy!!!
With dates, in general, I would say NO but if I see they were still trying; I would give in so that they could be happy and of coarse stop bugging me. I ask why?

Blueshoes, that is what I am trying to say, I take sex serious, it is more than just sex, there is so much involve, you both are sharing everything about it each other, it is deep, it is happiness, it is sharing your love for each other, it is more than just for making babies, it is so precious to share it with just anyone...maybe I'm sounding silly, but I understand why its ordain for marriage committment.

The only reason I want to have sex is because I dont like the thought of HIM being my last since he has moved on with someone else. How messed up is that. But at the same time I dont even think I am capable of having sex with someone else...ugh!
