Old Hillbilly Wisdom:Your fences need to be horse-high, pig-tight and bull-strong.Keep skunks, bankers, and politicians at a distance.Life is simpler when you plow around the stump.A bumble bee is considerably faster than a John Deere tractor.Words that soak into your ears are whispered, not yelled. The best sermons are lived, not preached. If you don't take the time to do it right, you'll find the...

I am at just over nine months since my beautiful wife died and this group has been so helpful in my journey and I can't even tell you how grateful I am to have them. Just know that you are not alone and come here as often as you need to, we will be here. ~Pete
I never in my wildest imaginings ever thought that I would be a grieving widow! NEVER! I NEVER wanted to be one of those sad, lost souls!
Well, here I am. I was so reluctant to find a group.....I went to one, in person, and I didn't feel comfortable and couldn't wait for it to be over so I could escape.
Then I couldn't stop crying and needed so much to talk to someone else who was like minded, who would understand and not admonish me with a tsk, tsk, get over it!!!!
I found this group. Some have gone, some more come in, some come back, some stay on to help new arrivals and ALL are caring, giving, sharing and most importantly non-judgmental of each other!
Share what you're feeling in the safety of knowing that we ALL understand, care and know exactly where you're coming from.
Warmly,
Roz
