I really miss talking to my husband about trivial things--you know, stupid, unimportant things that no one really cares about, but that you're happy to share. Ex, that restaurant was torn down, or did you see that horrible dress so-and-so wore to the Golden Globes. Now I come home and there's no one to share this with. So, you know where this is going:
What trivial thing would you share with your spouse if they were here now?
I'll start: There is an actual name for this year for being the same age as your birth year. It's called the Beddian year, named after a firefighter who died in 9/11. Ex: If you're born in 1962 and you turn 62 than it's your Beddian year. It's called your golden year when you are the same age as your birth day. Who knew?

I was born in 55, I thought it was so special when I turned 55. It did not end so well as I was still 55 when my husband passed. Not such a good bedian year for me I guess.
That's just the first thing I miss.
His last words to me were "You are so beautiful" as he reached up and stroked my hair. He lived another 2 weeks but there were no more truly coherent moments as the cancer finished everything.
