JP Morgan has continously sent paperwork on some securities Roger and his ex wife had - it had been closed as there is no $$$ in it.
I sent 3 NOW 4 death certificates, I called ranted and rqved how stupid it was sending this statement that says zero $$$
I finally sent them another death c. Octo 9th and the fellow said he would fix it once and for all. SO what did I receive a letter asking Roger and his ex wife to verifiy their information than sign it.
IT made me furious...SO I called again ranted and raved blabla
So I sent it back stating I am sorry but dead men can not sign and no where in the PNW has an ex wife ever stepped foot and lived in their exs house. AND I had no idea where she lives. I asked them to explain how to gather my husband ashes to bring alive for them. and ask if they wanted me at my expense find his ex wife for them.
THAN wrote how stupid of a company like theirs to not have a policy just to simply take their littlefingers on their cmputer and delete that account.

Once he died I called and canceled the coverages and explained that he died on April 28, 12.
I kept getting statements for one vehicle (his commuter car). I called back and chatted with the same person I talked with both other times ... and asked her why she hadn't cancelled the insurance on the Honda Civic ... her words, (HONEST TO G-D) ... "I thought he might need the commuter care."
I lost it and asked what part of DIED did she not understand? she said she could refund to May 25th ... I said NO, you will refund back to April 29, 12 at 12am.
I rec'd the full refund.
