That's my usual Saturday night. Getting ready for the next week. Sometimes I have a lunch date, but most Saturday nights I'm here reading posts, cleaning the house, talking to a frind on the phone, researching something on the internet, or watching a movie. Tonight it's the toothfairy movie! I am doing "research work" on it for the Daycare kids!!1 lol
So guess I'm pretty dull too. but it's ok. I am ok with being at home, and being comfortable I guess.
Happy Saturday night to all
Diane
I read DS before I go to bed each night. It sets the proper ending to my day. I spent the whole day with my kids and took 2 hours for myself in the middle of the day.
We are not much different.
If DH was here I'd be home anyway, tho I'd be immersed in my sewing room in one of many quilt projects rather than burying myself up to my ears in school work to keep myself focused & feeling productive - & I'd be in the midst of a historical novel rather than grief books trying to get myself thru "surviving the storm" & figuring out how to "dance in the rain" again....My sister sent me one of those "motivating" e-mails today filled w/pics of little old couples doing daily mundane things together that ended w/that quote - "Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain"... Nice thought, but personally I've got a ways to go to get to that point again...
