I'm so sorry to hear of your husbands death. No one is ever prepared or ready to deal with the death of their spouse. At least here we understand how devastating the loss of our loved ones is, and we know we are not alone. Other members will have advice, better than mine. It does get "easier" with the passing of time. I say easier but that's not exactly right. The emotional breakdowns occur less frequently, but they are never ever far from our thoughts. I lost my wife of 26+ years over 8 months ago in a car accident. I still need to find out who I am now and what my life will look like without her. I haven't made too much headway in that area. There aren't too many minutes of the day I don't think of her. At least I still have our dog for company. I think sometimes that she's just gone away for a visit to one of her friends, or start to look for her to share some news. I was out of work for three month's due to injuries I got from the car accident. At least that gave me time to being processing what had happened, what was I going to do, what was my purpose now, where am I headed. Anyway, I'm here to listen...

At 3 months, you are still in the initial impact of your loss.
This is a good place, for you to vent, listen, and get insights on the devastating journey. Remember there is hope.
Take care....hugs from Sandra
