I feel like most days I going to die of a broken heart. Its been 4 months since my husband of 27 years has passed away. I am trying so hard. I know God has a purpose for me and I should give my pain to him. I pray everyday for comfort, healing and strength. I miss him so much. I am unemployed and whenever I try to work around the house to get things done it gets harder because there are so many memories so I cant get anything done. My mother left out of the country for 2-3 months for vacation. She is such a great comfort to me and now I am having to miss her too. I get depressed all over again. Needing extra prayers. Edie
SHOULD YOU GO FIRST
Should you go first and I remain
To walk the road alone.
I'll live in memory's garden, dear,
With happy days we've known.
In Spring I'll watch for roes red.
When fades the lilac blue,
In early Fall when brownleaves fall,

The memory of your helping hand

We've known so much of happiness,
We've had our cup of joy.
And memory is one gift of God
That death cannot destroy.

One thing I'd have you do;
Walk slowly down that long, lone path
For soon I'll follow you.
I'll want to know each step you take,
That I may walk the same,
For someday, down that lonely road,
You'll hear me call your name.
