Happy birthday to you. I know how bad it feels to turn another year alone. I turned 50 in Sept. and it hurt for my Lee not to be there. But I wish you Happy Birthday anyway.

After sharing 32 birthdays with you, you think she's gonna' let Death keep her from sharing this one with you, too? Something tells me Jamie's love for you can overcome Death, any day. Yup! My money's on Jamie to win!

I turned 59 in October - a few weeks short of the year anniversary of my beloved. To be honest, I did not get too nostalgic for him - no more than the usual. I miss him all the time. I jsut try to saty busy and enjoy the present as much as possible If I go too far back to the past or too far forward towards the future I get very sad or very anxious. I wish you a happy birthday and hope you find something todayt that makes you smile. Iren

Happy birthday Ray,
so strange that today I was thinking about how there was no one to buy flowers or presents on special occasions for me. My husband died Oct 12th he was my best friend. I miss him every minute of everyday. I've lived long enough and experienced enough to know that I will survive this - I swear this is the hardest thing I've ever done.
Ray know that you are not alone in your grief and I know your Jamie loves you and wishes she didn't have to leave you. Just as my husband would have done anything to stay here with me - God had a different plan.
