Has anyone seen the clips for the movie "Hereafter"? It is due out later in October. It got 5 stars - Matt Damon stars in it. It looks real good. This is the summary:

HEREAFTER tells the story of three people who are haunted by mortality in different ways. Matt Damon stars as George, a blue-collar American who has a special connection to the afterlife. On the other side of the world, Marie (Cecile de France), a French journalist, has a near-death experience that shakes her reality. And when Marcus (Frankie/George McLaren), a London schoolboy, loses the person closest to him, he desperately needs answers. Each on a path in search of the truth, their lives will intersect, forever changed by what they believe mightor mustexist in the hereafter.

I haven't seen a movie in ages - but I'd like to see this one.

I looked at the trailers for this movie with a lot of interest. Matt Damon is an excellent actor. I plan to see this movie. It could be thought provoking.

I can wait to see it. Think I'll go by myself as soon as it comes out. Hopefully it will make me feel a little better.

I normally wouldn't like a film like this because it's not really about God. But maybe I'll see this one. I did like 'What Dreams May Come' and suggest it for many of my friends. I'll wait for more reviews on this one.

Saw the trailers. May be the first movie I go see alone. Unless Lori would like to go with. Definely looks like a box of kleenex movie,

I noticed previews for this movie as well and I am interested in seeing it. My husband and I haven't been to a movie since 2004 and before that the last time we went to a theatre was 1976. Lots of things I have lost interest in since my husband passed away, but if a family member wants to go with me, I'm in.

Don't think I could make it through a movie like that. I've been horrible about my netflix lately with not fully reading what the movie is about. I've started watching a few of them and as soon as the scene where the wife/husband dies, the movie comes out immediately and gets mailed back. I'm sticking with Comedies for awhile.

Comedies, some drama, but, supernatural -- NOT. I just don't go to movies with a supenatural theme.
