I have very little left of my life with Cliff, but I have the love letters, his poems and songs he wrote just for me, cards, and yes e-mails! We used to e-mail each other back and forth during the day - which was silly really as we spent all of our off time together. And we called each other, too. For months I caught myself picking up the phone to call him from work - oh that hurt....
I am so glad you found those messages.
Love and Hugs,
Martha
I say yes. Even with the heartache. But I always knew and told my husband that as much as I didn't want him to leave me if it were me first, then who would take care of him?? So I had to be here for him.
I wanted it that way, to care for him during his most vulnerable time of his life. I miss him so much.
thanks you all. I wish you all so much goodness to come forward in life because this pain has got to turn into memories and peace.
I wish all of you freedom from heartache.
Letty
Peace, Tim
I was supposed to spend the rest of my life with you. But then I realized that you spent the rest of your life with me.
It sounds like your husband would be glad that he went first. Just think how devastated hed be without you, if you went first.
This quote gave me a sense of comfort, knowing that my husband didnt have to lose me; hed have a hard time. Or at least I tell myself he would!

My wife and I always shared all account info and passwords, so by knowing each other's information, I was able to retrieve many precious photos and her contact list of friends from her account. This helped me find and communicate with them after she died.
