OK, this needs some back story ( I apologize for the length). Many here know that my son and I went to our annual summer camping place by ourselves last month (for me it would have been our 37th anniversary). I wanted to let Diana say goodbye to the place she loved the most. I printed 4 photos of our last trip to the lakes. I spent a day walking around our old places, when I came to the spot where I took one the pictures I sat down and wrote a message on the back of the picture to help US say goodbye to place that had so many happy memories. Then I pinned it to whatever was handy and moved on (with so many tears in my eyes I could hardly see where I was walking). OK, add to this Dianas brother split up with his wife of 25 years about three years ago and I hadnt really heard from her till today.
Hi Pete, I went camping up at mammoth last weekend. On the way up I was thinking how weird it was going up to mammoth with just Dan. It was the first trip to mammoth without the extended family. And I was just thinking about how much fun we had and about Diana. So we get to Lake Mary and the campground is kind of empty so we drove all around and I finally told Dan lets camp here. I got out of the car to see if the space was open and under the bear warning was a picture of Diana! I unpinned the photo and read what was written, I sat down right there in the dirt and started crying. Dan thought something was wrong and I just barked at him were camping here, unpack. It seemed so much like a message for me to camp at that spot that we had stayed at so many times over the last decades. It made me feel that she was there with me, it was really was one of the coolest things ever. I have struggled with how to mourn Diana since I have been estranged from the family. I thought about her all weekend and I am in a much better place now. I thought this would bring a smile (along with a few tears) to you. I am still here if you ever need someone to talk to. Love.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
