I am not there.....YET,
but I do believe that the only way to become healthy again, and that will be the final step, is to forgive. If we cannot forgive and let go of the anger, resentment, may be even the hate we feel, we only keep hurting ourselves.

Great link, bavarian! It explains it so well. How the act of forgiveness is part of the healing process, and it's so important to keep everything in perspective. Getting to the point of having a forgiving heart can take a long time for some of us, but by forgiving and releasing the negativity it helps us find peace. And with peace comes further healing. Great post! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you angel, for this link with wildwolfwomen. I enjoyed it, and related to it. I think I've been "having tea" with my rage the last few days. But I must remind myself that "A negative use of rage concentrates destructively in one tiny spot, like acid creating an ulcer, it burns a black hole right through all the delicate layers of the psyche....".

I have been a victim of my 32 year old daughter, but only just realized it, I have a granddaughter whom I was extrememly close with, she was even named after me, but sadly my daughter has munipullated the children, breaks my heart that she is so mean to do this to get at me but she has done that to her own, just feel disgust
