The reason i have a list is because I'm not in vegetarianism for the health benefits, but for ethical reasons.
This post is about fast food, which is almost never healthy. Sometimes I have to compensate healthy for available food, because I am the only vegetarian in my household of five, so I gave my list here to anyone who needed it.
Some people can eat at home all the time, and eat healthy veg they made themselves. That's great! I'm happy for you!
But I'm a full time student with responsibilities and a huge list of things to do, it's not realistic in my situation to prepare all my food myself. Unless I ate nothing but apples.
