Brachytherapy

Anyone have brachytherapy? What side effects did you experience? Any info would be greatly appreciated. TY

i had 96 seeds implanted in Nov. 2010 and seems to be working. Side affects for me are frequency, burning urine, and urgency which seems to be getting better. It was out-patient and I was restricted to no lifting for about 6 days but went back to work after that. So far, no ED. I just joined this site so my response may be a little late but Good luck to you.

I had 3 treatments HDR 5 weeks ago. I have had a vaginal discharge ever since my hysterectomy. It is starting to ease off but is this normal? Has anyone had this? No other effects.

I am not near my Dr. right now so I hope someone has had a similar experence. I am 68 I'm wondering it it is something to do with my age. We heal slower as we age.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
