Its so hard. I try to wear depends real fit but they leak so I went bigger and purchased Molicare super premium diapers and they leaked. Now im scared to wear these at work but i have a few packs of Abena M4 which are super strong but make your butt look very flat and noticeable while at work wearing a lose pant.

Abena M4 are the best diapers and they fit perfect. Im just wonderi g if i shod spend the money and get a snap croth diaper shirt to help.

I have found that Tranquility ATN works the best for me. I have tried many other brands and while I've liked some of them as far as absorbancy is concerned, they were frequently too thick or stiff to really be comfortable. The bulk between my legs prevents me from being comfortable when I'm trying to go to sleep and I end up squinching around in the bed and trying to push the bulk into a more comfortable position. ATNs are a little thinner and definitely more flexible.

I'm struggling to come to terms with wearing a nappy to bed, but talking about them i guess is a way to try to help me accept them.
My first ones I ordered which was in desperation and I didn't give much thought to were Tena's although I don't remember the style. They were cloth backed and and not too comfy or reliable.
I used a sample service to try various brands and styles and found Attends Slip Regular Plus to be the best for me. They're plastic backed and as comfortable as a nappy can be. My night wetting is moderate to heavy so I tend to add a booster pad for extra security. It adds some bulk between my legs but has proven to be very reliable and I rarely suffer any leaks. It helps me enjoy waking in a dry bed, and try to not worry about the wet nappy.

I use depends maximum protection pull-ups but they're not absorbent enough. Nothing is that I've found. These are the most comfortable though.

I wear a pad all the time. These are available in many shapes and sizes and with different absorbencies. Mine are for moderate to heavy incontinence with an absorbency of up to 1,600 ml. Overall, they measure 63x30cm. The absorbent part is about 55cm. in length and 18cm. wide, widening to 25cm at the front and back. Inside are two elasticated expanding pockets about 2.5cm.deep 18cm. apart extending the whole length of the absorbent area to prevent spillage. The absorbent area is surrounded by a strong margin 2.5cm. wide for gripping to adjust the position of the pad.
The pad is held in place by unisex net fixation knickers. They are similar to women's full-sided net briefs with no gusset. Because the legs tend to be tight, I buy a large size. I rarely pass urine through my urethra. I have faecal leakage only occasionally, most usually immediately after a bowel evacuation which has not fully emptied my bowel.

A small problem is that although he is not very big - about 6 inches when taking his morning stretch - whenever I get an erection, my penis pops out beyond my pad and knickers and beyond my suprapubic catheter site. Most mornings I wake up with him there. Fortunately, I rarely pass urine through my urethra but I am concerned that my catheter site might become contaminated.

I wonder whether others have a similar problem and whether the same happens when wearing diapers. Perhaps longer pads are available?

I know that your morning erection is quite common from my stepbrother. I always point it down between his legs when getting him ready for the night but when I open his diaper the next morning it points upwards to his navel. As he is in crinklz which cover his navel area too there are not many leaks however plastic pants are a must at night.
When I know that he drank a lot before going to bed I place a soaker pad across his navel and also a booster pad between his legs.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and share your experiences. I too find it difficult to keep my penis pointing downwards when having an erection. The natural position seems to be upwards, as would be expected when we think how ladies are made. Thank you also for the tips on keeping dry. I have a suprapubic catheter and so I pass urine through my penis only occasionally, but I do have semen discharges more frequently.

I use vlesi compact during the day. Usually 3_4 each day and id expert overnight with booster pads and pull on plastic pants for extra security. I sometimes use cloth overnight as well depending on if i will be side sleeping.

We are using Crinklz and BetterDry with a booster pad at night. At night we use also plastic pants for more security.
My stepbrother is a sidesleeper too. So when he drank a lot during day I put a soaker pad between his legs, one soaker pad across his navel area and half of a soaker pad either side of his hip. On the top plastic pants. He is used to it and can still sleep easily but it takes some time to get used to it.
