I know I constantly get the dreaded question: Are they natural? Ummm yes the girls are Real. I did do IF treatments but is it any of their business? or Do twins run in your family? I reply now that "well now they do!" Im just surprised at how bold people are with their questions. The girls are twins but basically sisters who just happen to share a birthday not circus freaks.

Q: Are they Identical?
A: Do they look identical to you? (my girls look nothing alike)

Q: Do twins run in your family?
A: All the twins in my family run..... in opposite directions

Q: I'd like to get twins someday.....they look like so much fun.....
A: With a wish like that, you'll probably end up with Quads

A: I'm glad they're not yours too

Adragon- I love it! You are too funny! I once had a young female probably in her twenties ask me how I got twins. She said she wanted twins too someday. I just looked at her like, really... do I really need to explain the birds and the bees to you? LMAO!! ;)

I used to always get I'm glad it's you and not me also. I was 18 when I got pregnant with my twins and first they thought it was triplets and people actually asked if I did anything to help me get pregnant. Really? Think before you speak people!! lol I'd get are they twins? Are they identical or paternal(not fraternal) lol.

I stole this from someone else on DS but it's worth repeating...when people say "Twins...God bless ya!" like it's such a burden...I say "Yes He did! :)"

I had many very nasty things said when I was pregnant. But the very nicest thing said was a friend of my M-I-L and she saw me and said " I am so geolous of you, I alway wanted multiples, and you are so lucky". She was not joking, she was very upset when she found out she was only having one for her last pregnancy. It sounds odd, but it just made me feel good to think that someone thought that my three were so special that I was "LUCKY".
Now my new comeback is " God only gives multiples to good people"
and " My three are proof that there is a god".

I have boy/ girl twins and constantly get asked if they are identical? Seriously?? I tell people yes from the waist up.. I also get alot aww 2 boys ( when mt daughter is dressed girly and has a bow in her hair). This makes me really mad so I tell people i think you need your eyes checked because its a boy and girl.. I know this may sound rude but people get back what they dish out.

I love all the come backs! I get comments all the time as well. I've started to actually say many of these delightful come backs - especially after some people were being rude. :D

fepenn- I love the "we had sex twice in one day" comment! I haven't had a chance to use it , but I will. And, the sad thing is , some people may actually believe it!

my twins had size discordance of over 4 pounds at birth,,so needlees to say They looked nothing alike for identical twins. Some goof ball lady came up to me at the store and looking at my girls in their twin stroller and said "they arent twins....one of them must to adopted" . I kid you not. My twins are grown now and they totally go off about the stupid questions people have asked them all their life. So your twins are in store for silly questions all their life. My daughters say the top questions on their "stupid" list are: Did you ever change places with one another in school? Did you ever finish other's sentences? (they say no, but I hear them do it all the time), and their favorite is Did you ever go on a date with the other ones boyfriend? All they say to that is "what am I a freak"

I had one lady tell me that one twin was prettier than the other. I almost came unglued and told her a few choice words. Another person asked me if twins ran in our family and I told her my Dad is a twin and wanted to argue that it skips generations...duh, it did.
