Hello everyone!
My name is Tom and I've pulled for as long as I can remember, I pull from my head and I'm not really in control of it right now.
I only discovered what Trich was maybe 4 or 5 years ago, I always thought I had no self control and was a bit odd. It was a massive weight off my shoulders when I discovered what it actually was. I made a few videos and put them up on youtube.

I encouraged people to get in touch with me to talk about it because I felt that it was the best way to help deal with it, It helped me loads to talk to others once I discovered what it was.
Anyway, one of the people that gets in touch with me pointed me towards this group, I figured since I wasn't in control of it right now that I'd come here to talk to you guys. I'd still love to help others though. :-)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
