Fixing hairs that grow back "wrong"
K1986
So I'm sure most people in this support group know that after you pull an eyebrow hair, it doesn't grow back "right." A lot of them grow in almost like they are upside down.
EDespite the fact that I obviously started by pulling out perfectly good hairs, they aren't my MAIN objective. I only pull out "good" hairs if I am having a PARTICULARLY bad pulling day. But those that grow in upside down, I pretty much ALWAYS want to pull those, and no matter how good I'm doing fighting my urges, I feel like if my eyebrows just grew back "the right way" or the way they originally looked, I would be able to fight this problem a million times better.
Is there ANYTHING that can be done to FIX those hairs that grow in the wrong way? Sometimes I try to bend them with a tweezer, but after an hour or so if I check them again they look like they are curved the wrong way again. I almost wish i could give them a permanent perm to look the right way!!!
Any tricks anyone can share?

I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments. My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

but does the hair STOP growing in like that after a while? Perhaps maybe if I know in my head that they will eventually start growing in normal if I just leave them alone, then maybe that will encourage me to leave them alone. I think the thought that it will always look like that makes me want to take it out even more!

It takes patience to help them go the way you want them to go.
When I noticed that I was pulling them out that way with the tweezers, I stopped and pulled them out the way I wanted them to grow.
Good Luck! You are not alone.
