There's a book titled "Toxic Parents". At age 58 I'm still dealing with a toxic dad who killed himself in 1982?, and a toxic mom who i had to take off life support, and guilt re it.
Hi! Well I don't really know what to say, I found this searching for help, or advice, quarantine really makes me feel drained with my dad constantly making me feel bad. Sometimes I feel like I over react, but I know my mental health is important, so here I am.

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. Agonizing how people get so divided on everything lately too. I follow the research as well and lately, people are arguing over what they feel is research in order to make themselves feel more knowledgeable/self important. What ever happened to hearing the opinions of others.
