I am starting out at a 8 out 10 in loudness, on my worse days.
I am 5 on my normal days.
They will be keeping track based on the info I give them, on weather or not the loudness is dropping.
Plus they have there own EEG and other monitors to see the activity in my brain, to measure the activity as well.
After two weeks I should see something to tell me that this therapy is working.
Once the volume drops, then the real important part of this, is that it does not come back up, at any time.
At that point, you know the therapy is really working.
He was here for about two months (he had about a months worth of treatment). It did not take on him. He had about 5 different sounds of tinnitus.
I believe when it is as complicated as that, you need to give it more time.

Sue it can be noisy, and you can feel some type of light tapping on your head
If you do the complete 3 to 4 months, it can be very costly.
Call their office, and talk to Raya, she will give you the cost, and send you and info packet.
I wish I could do it but will have to return to work...maybe the payments will drop in the future. There is an experimental therapy that was to start in Europe but originated in Dallas University. It involves the vegas nerve stimulation etc.
I would say another two years.
