As i'm writing this my tinnitus level is zero again. For some reason the Prami is doing it's job. Zero anxiety. Like I said my dosage is one .25mg pill 3x per day. The maximum dose would be three .25mg pills 3x per day so i'm hearing a benefit at the lower dose.

I haven't starting the Prami yet... the dosages int he study are relatively high to what people are taking for relief.

My Doctor just said "take 1 or 2 tablets, 3 times daily".. 25mg tab... I am certainly not going to start at that level.

How did you start off, and how long before you upped the dosage to 0.625mg total per day?

Started off by taking 1/2 of a .25mg pill 3 x per day. After 1 week I started taking 1 full .25mg pill 3 x per day. In less than 3 weeks my tinnitus was lower so that's why I have stayed at that dosage. No need to go higher if it's working at this dosage.
