What a touching segment of Dancing With The Stars - very emotional.

I don't want any of them to get voted off - but my sense is that Gladys Night is the next to go.

I think another to go might be Dexter??? (hoping I got the name right). I think a real cutey pa tootie is the Australian dancer (love his accent).


Some of the places my remotes have bee in. I think all remotes ought to have a valve crow (sp) strip on em so you can stick on the furniture or something.

My husband calls the show "Dancing With The Idiots ". He thinks the male dancers are fruity as are male ice skaters, and male hair dressers as those are not manly jobs to him

My hubby actually watched part of it with me last night - during dinner. Later, when he was tinkering with something in the garage last night and kept coming in to "sneak a peak" all night. lol

Yes, a very touching show last night. I thought it was interesting how the Packer's player was desperately trying not to cry. Too macho for his own good.

I thought that too about the Packer's player - he just could not talk he was so overcome - bless his heart.

boomer - years ago - I put a strip of velcro on my headboard and put the corresponding velcro on the remote - it worked great as long as I remembered to put it back.

You know these male dancers may look a bit "fruity" but I think any man would be challenged to keep up with what they do - physically they are in such good shape - you know?

I totally agree and the "fruity" phrase I argue with the hubby all the time. Jack Wagner looked surprised to me that he got voted off. I don't know if I really like the way they are going to determine who leaves the show for I think the bottom two for a few shows by the judges and not by viewer voting. I think I got the statement right of how it was explained last night.

Hubby missed the Packer player Monday - but saw him last night. He was sooooo surprised. He is a true Packer fan! lol - He sat and watched the whole 8-9 show last night! He is very aware of how grueling dancing is - my brother's wife is a dance instructor with 4 dance studios in IA. I have a feeling we'll be watching all of this season's DWTS - at least until the Packer gets eliminated. lol

Wow tough judging some low scores.........................some I thought unfair...................................thought the William, not sure that is his name the sexy latin one, should have gotten a lower score and Sherrie's should have been higher. Afraid that Maria because of her foot fracture will have to quit. Well see who gets the axe tomorrow.

One thing I have to say is that Sherrie looks like she has lost weight. I don't know anything more now.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh Sherri was given the boot last night. Was sure hoping she would have stayed longer as I watch The View a lot and she has always wanted to be on the show.

Interesting show of course the opera singer and William were great and the lower ones Gladys, Gavin and Melissa perhaps in the dance off??? Until tomorrow night.

I am not fond of Gavin... But am partial to Melissa - Little House on the Prairie - Gilbert. We grew up together - on the prairie.

I don't quite understand why Sherrie got the boot and Gladys Knight didn't. Gladys is not exactly graceful and imo, not a very good dancer...interesting.... Sherrie put in so much energy and she was a pretty good dancer, imo.

So tonight - we get to see who else is going to get booted.
