I shell7, pledge to remain smoke free this weekend, If my quit is threatened, I promise I will not smoke before I come here, post for support, and wait for at least 5 replies and lov can yell at me real loud and eclude me from any holiday pledges, lol!!! Chew gum... and for humor see if you can pat your head and rum your belly at the same time. It'll get your mind off of smoking. (not that I've ever done this of course!)
