Today is day 200 without nicotine. Like Tikka, that's 6 months and some days -- and like Tikka, going through a bit of a rough patch. That's why I came back to the board after not being around for a few months. Sometimes I can go for awhile on my own, I get busy with other things, and drift away from the board.
For me, though, smoking is an addiction, habit, lifestyle and identity that I cannot stop on my own, not for any length of time. I'm grateful that this board is here, and that all of you are here. We really do all need each other.
