So good for you to change the date to tomorrow instead of Monday. My next plan quit date is supposed to be Monday too.
How about this, if you stick to your quit date tomorrow, then I will advance the date I planned to quit which is also Monday to tomorrow too. So that way you are not alone tomorrow with quitting in advance of your planned date.
And yes I feel like kicking myself in the you know what for even suggesting this since I was looking forward to having that ever (and always!) last weekend of smoking, but it would make up for all the times I set a date on my Goals bar here in the last few weeks to quit and try to use the support of this DS group and didn't.
If you think it will give you added support for me to join you tomorow, let me know. I have had the patches for months now, just waiting to be opened.

Thise coughing choking fits are shocking arent they. Its unbelievable that even despite those we want to smoke but thats the nature of the addiction. I will be looking out for you two and if ya need help just yell

As far as that coughing and choking goes, that is why I quit, but I waited to long, you may want want to check with your Doctor, it could be the start of COPD.

Yes, both bf and I made our pledge in the Friday pledge.

The quit keeper meter says I've saved a whole $0.16 and that's all it says for now. lol.
One day at a time. I have a feeling I will need this place alot. Yeesh, already feel an urge to smoke a cigarette but I will be getting busy soon with some errands so that will help, I am sure.
How are you holding up bf? I am finding it's a great release and support to just babble about it already.
